We offer two main packages for Landlords - Letting Only Service (finding you a tenant) or Full Management (finding you a tenant and then managing the property).


The Letting Only Service (Tenant Find)

On your behalf we will:

The Full Management Service

This involves everything within the Letting Only service. In addition to this, we will:

Prepare the particulars of your property (such as photographs, rental costs, availability date etc.) Make arrangements for the demand of the monthly rent due from the tenants(s) in respect of the property let and chase up late rent payments as required. It is important to note however, that Parkes & Co do not act as a debt collector.
Upon receipt of the rent paid by the said tenant(s), to pay the same over to you by BACS to your nominated Bank/building Society account as per any pre-arrangements made.
